Atelier Manager

The Atelier Manager will play a central role in shaping the daily experience of the shop — assisting customers with canvases and project kitting, coordinating classes and stitch nights, managing inventory, and ensuring the atelier feels warm, organized, and inspiring.

This role is ideal for someone who loves needlepoint, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in creating beautiful, thoughtful retail experiences. While deep stitching expertise is not required, curiosity about the craft and a willingness to learn are essential.

The right person will be detail-oriented, organized, and excited to help cultivate a joyful community around needlepoint.
